Where we ship
We currently ship across India.

Order processing

  • Orders placed Mon–Sat before 1:00 PM IST are usually dispatched the same or next business day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off, Sundays, or public holidays ship on the next business day.

  • Pre-order or custom-sizing items may need +2–5 business days.

Delivery timelines (business days after dispatch)

  • Metros: 2–5 days

  • Tier-2/3 cities: 3–7 days

  • Remote/NE/J&K/Andaman: 5–10 days
    These are estimates. Weather, strikes, and carrier load can extend timelines.

Shipping fees (India)

  • Prepaid : Based on your location it can be ₹90 if in maharactra and rest of states it is ₹130

  • COD: Allowed on eligible pincodes; ₹[35] COD handling fee applies.

  • Carriers & tracking
    We ship via leading couriers (Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, etc.) based on your pincode. A tracking link is shared by email/SMS/WhatsApp after dispatch. If you don’t receive it within 48 hours, contact us.

Serviceability & COD
Service depends on your pincode. COD may be unavailable for some locations or high-value orders. We may call/WhatsApp to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Address changes & cancellations
Address edits or order cancellations are possible only before dispatch. If you need changes, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at [support@rajgangapaytan.com] or [WhatsApp +91-8668847119].

Delivery attempts & RTO
Couriers typically make 2 attempts. If unreachable/incorrect address leads to RTO (Return to Origin), we can reship after receiving updated details and shipping charges (actuals).

Delay disclaimer
Festive rush, extreme weather, or regulatory checks can cause delays outside our control. We’ll keep you posted if timelines slip.

Damaged or tampered parcel
If the outer package looks opened/tampered, refuse delivery and notify us immediately with photos/video of the parcel from all sides and the shipping label. If you accepted the parcel, share unboxing proof within 24 hours so we can work with the courier.

Multiple shipments
Your order may ship in more than one box/dispatch; you’ll get separate tracking links.
